PARTY PACKAGES

Pricing and Inclusions

Table Reservation $20.00

Do you have a smaller group than the required numbers for a party? Why not book a table? $20 plus the entry of each child. *Tables go for 90 minutes so that we can clean up for the next booking.*


Standard Package $220.00

  • Includes entry for 12 x children and 4 x participating adults.
  • Allows you to BYO food and drink (excluding popcorn and alcohol)
  • We do not supply plates, cups, napkins etc unless our themed decorations are purchased.
  • Reserves a table for 90 minutes for your booking
    (additional time can be purchased)

Additional Children:

Child four and younger $10 | Child five and older $17

 


Premium Package $330.00

  • Includes entry for 12 x children and 4 x participating adults.
  • Includes two food platters & unlimited cordial/water
  • Two Toned Table Decorations (place settings) for all guests included
  • Reserves a table for 90 minutes for your booking (additional time can be purchased)

Additional Children:

Child four and younger $13 | Child five and older $20


Platinum Package $390.00

  • Includes entry for 12 x children and 4 x participating adults.
  • Includes two food platters, unlimited cordial/water, ice cream cake & party bags.
  • Two Toned Table Decorations (place settings) for all guests included
  • Reserves a table for 90 minutes for your booking (additional time can be purchased)

Additional Children:

Child four and younger $17 | Child five and older $24


Private Hire From $600.00

  • Private hire available – Saturdays and Sundays depending on availability.
  • Allows you exclusive access to the stadium.
  • BYO food & drink (excluding alcohol) or organise catering through us

Please advise all of your guests that they will need to wear socks while playing on the equipment.

      • If your party grows by more than five guests, please let us know as soon as possible.  We will request final numbers the Wednesday prior to your party date.
      • We also ask that you restrict the number of adult spectators without children invited to your party
      • We are more than happy for parents to play – in fact, we encourage mums and dads to get in and have fun with their children

How the party works

      • We supply tables and chairs for each paying party guest only.
      • You need to supply plates, cups, bowls, cutlery, napkins etc. – unless our themed decorations are purchased.
      • You may bring your own party food – or have us do all of the work for you. (See packages above)
      • Decorate your table
      • Sit back, relax and watch the kids at play
      • We have snacks, confectionery, soft drinks and juices available.
      •  Tea and Coffee for your guests available for purchase from our downstairs Kiosk.
      • Party Platters are available – please ask our Party Co-ordinator for more information.
      • Please note – all of our party areas are upstairs on our mezzanine level (access via two stairwells only – we have no lift access to the party areas)

      • Mum and Dad – watch your children have so much fun with their Family & Friends, they will be busy until food and cake time…..

 

What not to bring

      • Pinatas (too dangerous)
      • Party Poppers or confetti (too messy)
      • Face Paint (too messy)
      • Party Horns (too loud)
      • Please don’t include these in party bags
      • Too much food – we find most parties use only half the food they bring (most kids are too excited to eat much)

We highly recommend that the birthday presents are opened at home, as we often find pieces of new gifts left on the floor.

Also, our venues do not lend themselves to traditional party games – the kids are more than happy on the inflatables.

Please don’t turn up too early for your party – Party areas will be ready approximately 10 minutes prior to your booking time.

 

Decorations

Feel free to decorate your table with plates and balloons, etc.  Please do not tie balloons or banners to the sports nets (removing them could damage the nets) or railings.  Balloons on weights make great table decorations.

What to Wear

Everyone playing on the inflatables must wear socks – no socks, no play.

Inflatable world is a high energy maximum activity zone – kids get hot and sweaty, so we suggest you wear loose comfortable clothing.

Please leave your hats, jewellery, tiaras, watches, iPods, and pets at home.
